How the price works

Lucille runs on AI compute, which has a real per-use cost. Rather than locking features behind tiers, we let you choose a monthly contribution that fits you. Think of your subscription as a charger: it continuously tops up Lucille's battery, so there's no monthly allowance that resets or runs out. Using Lucille draws the battery down; the more you pay, the slower it drains, so a higher amount lets her do more for you and keep more in reserve. Everyone gets the same features — your amount only changes how much headroom the battery has.

Billing & payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Your first charge happens only after your 14-day free trial ends. You can change your amount or cancel at any time from within the app — see our Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled, and our Terms of Service for the full agreement.

Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing and any applicable taxes; your card details are held by Paddle, not by us. Questions about a charge? Email support@lucille-ai.com.
